HoboeTech’s Field Force Management (FFM) platform is a state-of-the-art platform to increase productivity and monitoring of the people on ground. It acts as a one stop window towards location, movement and performance of the people working remotely irrespective of the distance.
Hoboetech FFM is equipped with powerful features that enable the managers to see the live locations, set movement limitations through Geo fencing, receive alerts, and fetch advance reports through custom filters to get most out of data.
This system relies on smart phone-based technology for pinpoint accuracy of the users. An app is being installed on the smart phone of the users. It works on any low-cost Android smart phone with GPS functionality.

Currently 82,000 people field force is being managed through our FFM. All the field force has to do is to download the app and accept the terms & conditions. The admin can access all the necessary information from the dashboard.
Advance reports can also be fetched using custom filters to get most of data insights. Which can be later used for appraisals and performance management. This FFM has hire chary based management which allows the admin to create sub-accounts and view the reports by department wise. Also, the subscription management and purchases can also be done using this platform.
