Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior VoIP Engineer located in Lahore. The incumbent will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support for voice over IP (VoIP) and telephony systems, networking, and ensuring that the systems are fully operational.

Requirements.
Experience in Asterisk ( AGI’s, AMI )
Experience in Opensips deployment and development
Previous experience working as a VoIP network engineer.
In-depth knowledge of VoIP systems and IP Protocols
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Troubleshooting VoIP network issues.
Hands-on of MySQL databases and scripting language
Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and Networking skills
Experience with voice-over IP (VoIP) and telephony systems
Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining telephony systems
Expertise in managing, monitoring and troubleshooting VoIP equipment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications
Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are advantageous
Experience with SIP, RTP, H.323, ISDN, and other Telephony protocols is advantageous
