Job Description
More than 2 years of Experience in technical support and customer management
Strong telecommunications and IP networking background in troubleshooting and technical support
Strong understanding of VoIP protocols SIP
Familiarity with SBC & application switches is a big plus
Desirable working knowledge of tools like ethereal/wireshark/tcpdump/sipp/etc
Hands-on experience on Genband S3 (SBC) used for VOIP call routing and portaone application switch
Hands-on knowledge of Linux/Unix commands
Energetic, self-motivated individual with excellent English communication skills
Customer management and engagement skills
Skill to connect and manage various stakeholders (external and/or internal
