Purpose
The purpose of this Human Rights Policy is to articulate HOBOEtech’s commitment to respecting and promoting human rights in all aspects of our operations, particularly as they relate to our work in the service industry. This policy is intended to guide our actions and decisions, ensuring that we uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners of HOBOEtech. It will be covering all business activities, including those involving customers, partners, and other stakeholders in the service industry.

2.1. Due Diligence
Conducting of regular human rights impact assessments to identify, prevent, mitigate, and account for how we address our impacts on human rights. Integrating of human rights considerations into our decision-making processes and business operations.
2.2. Training and Awareness
Provision of training to employees on human rights issues relevant to our operations and industry. Also raising of awareness among employees, contractors, and partners about our commitment to human rights and the importance of their role in upholding this commitment.
2.3. Supplier and Partner Engagement
Requiring of suppliers and partners to adhere to our human rights standards and conduct regular assessments of their compliance. Collaboration with suppliers and partners to address human rights challenges in our supply chain.
2.4. Monitoring and Reporting
Establishing mechanisms to monitor compliance with this policy and regularly review its effectiveness. Reporting on our human rights performance in our annual sustainability report or equivalent public disclosures will be done.
